My boyfriend has an amazing eye to find wild animals. He saw that Cooper hawk this morning when he went out on the front balcony. I jumped into my pants and coat and went down on the street to see it up close. He was snacking on a seagull. Isn't it great to see such beautiful animals right in the heart of the city.The Jealous Curator also has an amazing eye. To find superb art. I really like these colorful farm paintings by Emmet Kerrigan. She's also jealous of Aris!

What a wonderful scene. I am crazy about hawks, so this is fantastic, and in the city! Great series of photos, not sure of the seagull, but that is nature. I do get enthusiastic about nature. The hawk is stunning.
