One cannot say that my downstairs neighbor has a very green thumb (sorry J), but she planted these daisies last year and despite a very busy backyard with kids and cats running around, the daisies made it through this year, even stronger than last year!

Hahaha - your neighbour sounds like me. (But I can't even get the daisies to grow.)
