Big weekend ahead. I have to do my taxes report. Yuk! But tomorrow is ice fishing day! Yay!

Last night I went to buy some wool. I got a bit carried away and bought a bit too many yarns. So offered to help the lady to make the balls with the yarn swift and this thingy that spins and make nifty balls. I've been watching them do that all time time and thought it was pretty cool. That was until I tried it. Ha! I'm in such a great shape that I had to change hands every 2-3 minutes because my arms were getting tired. I don't think they will hire me any time soon... I guess I'm better at pushing a computer mouse....

It's Friday already. It's a bit less crazy at work these days. I find myself to be more relaxed and rested. I found the time to take more photos and process them too. And I had tome to do crochet projects. I'm learning on youtube. I'm not very good but I have a lot of fun. My next project will be slippers. Slippers for everyone! :)

It was so cold again this weekend that I stayed in my pj's all day yesterday and finished this scarf. Now I have to muster up the courage to go to work. It supposed to be the coldest day of winter so far. Luckily, I have a brand new scarf to wear!

And I thought last weekend was cold. We are expecting a wind chill factor of -25 today! At least the sun is out. I better dress warmly for my trip to the market. I think it will be my only trip out this weekend!

What a perfect weekend! I went for two walks yesterday. It was a bit on the cold side. Not as much as this morning though: -22˙C! I better start to get dress. Wishing a great week!

I'm telling you, the trip from Montreal to Virginia is a long one! I came back almost two weeks ago and I still have a few photos.

But the big news today is that it's Friday! Happy weekend!

The first time I saw this temple it was late at night and it was beautifully lit. After such a long trip, I was very tired, my mind was a bit blurry so for a fraction of a second I wondered if there was a Disney Land in Washington D.C. Then T told me it was a Mormon Temple. I'm always amazed to see how some churches of any religion are so wealthy...

I said it before, I don't take much photos when I'm in Virginia. But since I don't drive, I have plenty of time to document the trip. I'm always amazed by Baltimore... I should visit, I'm sure it's a lot prettier from the inside.

Ah! What a lovely beginning of weekend. Didn't get up too early, but not too late either. Had pancakes and then browsed the web. I might go back to bed now.

Maybe there was a little misunderstanding in my blog yesterday. The exhibition I'm working on is not of my work but for a science and nature centre in Northern Ontario. They are remodeling their animal exhibits and the company I work for was hired to do the design and graphic design. The little fellow up here is one of the lucky creatures to have a complete home makeover.

What a crazy week! We are finishing an exhibition project and preparing all the files for printing. It is always a stressful time. The days are long and I get home late. Ouf! Looking forward for the weekend! I wish you a fun one!

I'm just back from a sort trip to Virginia where I spent the New Year with T and M at our ranch (a tiny log cabin that we rent sometimes). We had such a great and cozy time. Now I have to prepare mentally to go back to work tomorrow. Now where did I store my brain?
