weekend...
Ahhhh!!! It's the weekend! Feels so nice this morning. Against all odds, the sun is now shining, there is a warm breeze is blowing away the first yellow leaves. And I am browsing through my cookbooks, sipping my coffee. Divine!
Are you on Google+? I closed my Facebook account because I really hated it. But I didn't want to loose some of the old friends I made years ago on Myspace. So I opened a G+ account. So far, I only have 2 people in my circles. If you are interest to widen your circles, you can find me under nathalie et cetera.
Mean time, a very happy weekend to you!

cooking...
It's Friday! Yay! Weather looks promising for the next 2 days so I will probably go for walks. And with the end of season, freshly cropped veggies are very hard to resist so I will probably do some cooking. I made this charred pepper and eggplant pesto a couple of weeks ago. Mmmm! And I fell in love with these can stickers. Aren't they gorgeous?
After the bees sting two weeks ago, last weekend was also shorten due to a very bad food poisoning. So I've been neglecting blogland but this weekend, I hope I will also find time to go visit you on your blog. Well I've been visiting, but didn't comment...
What about you, what are your plans for this weekend?
Gorgeous drawings.

embroidery...
Captured a few weeks ago in little Italy. I'm always fascinated by how a series of clever knots can become so beautiful. And what about the gear they use to make them them. Superb!

garden...
We had a long weekend, which was very welcome. I spent my Saturday at the emergency room for a week old bee sting. I'm fine now but it looked so ugly and it itched so much that I wanted to make sure it wasn't infected. The rest of the time. I mainly rested. It rained on and off yesterday and the temperature has dropped a lot. It starting to smell like fall...
Wishing you a very good week!
Kerry posted a few links from this web site: How to be a retronaut. Pretty funny.
